Rescuing the Historical Memory of Change- with guest in the pulpit Seminarian Katie Byron
Time & Location
About the Event
We gather as the nights grow longer and the exhaustion of living in traumatizing times weighs heavy on our hearts and our bodies. These are times when hope is hard to find. Hope is a practice, it is a kind of work, and that work is so much harder when the future is so uncertain. So, when the future looks uncertain, we might practice turning to the past. Perhaps there we can uncover memories of change to offer us spiritual sustenance, keeping us warm and offering us hope as we enter the cold of winter.
