 Can mothers ever do enough? Can mothers ever rest? In this service honoring Mother’s Day we celebrate all of the ways that the vocation of motherhood is enacted, through biology, adoption or the quality of relationship. We will also recognize the need for sabbath, rest and reorientation as a means to connecting with a sense of purpose for mothers and those who mother.
